Andrey Maximkov

Andrey Maximkov is a founding partner of the Maximum Recovery Law Group. As an immigrant, Andrey spent the better part of his formative years growing up overseas in Russia. His early exposure to divergent cultures and political norms ensured that he was struck by the sometimes unequal distribution of civil liberties. Those experiences played a prominent role in his life as he sought to level those disparities. Because of his personal experience as an immigrant, Andrey combines qualities Americans admire: an immigrant’s work ethic, an entrepreneur’s drive, a keen sense of resourcefulness, and the utmost compassion for those in need.

Andrey obtained his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy-School of Law. While there he excelled academically. He received several academic achievement awards including the Dean’s Scholarship. His strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence are the cornerstones of his success academically and in practice.
